SERVICE SCOPE

SINNOBI services are carried out based on needs, work scope, timeline, and agreement with the client.

  • Services may include websites, IT support, networks, electronic systems, training, service, maintenance, procurement, and field support.
  • Final scope follows discussion, site survey if needed, and the approved quotation.
  • Work outside the initial scope will be discussed as additional work.

CONSULTATION & QUOTATION

Initial client information is used to prepare solution direction. Final price, duration, and deliverables follow the approved analysis and quotation.

DOCUMENTATION & ACCESS

For certain technical work, clients may need to provide access, data, devices, or required information. SINNOBI keeps client information confidential according to project needs.

  • SINNOBI protects access and information according to project needs.
  • Technical documentation is prepared based on service type, complexity, and agreed deliverables.

SCOPE CHANGES

Changes in work scope after execution may affect timeline, cost, and priority.

  • Feature, location, schedule, workload, or technical changes will be reviewed.
  • Additional work may affect cost, timeline, priority, and resources.
  • Changes should be confirmed in writing to avoid different expectations.

BUSINESS HOURS

Official business hours are Monday - Saturday, 09:00 - 17:00 WIB. Requests outside those hours may be discussed based on urgency and scope.

  • Regular communication follows official business hours.
  • Urgent needs may be discussed based on urgency, team availability, and scope.
  • Visit schedules, remote support, or onsite support are confirmed before work is performed.
